She is also the Co-Founder of Friend of a Friend, a community supporting women in business and entrepreneurship across the EU.

Jessica began her career in DIY music scenes and independent creative communities, where she learned how ecosystems grow organically — through trust, collaboration, and shared work — a foundation that continues to shape her approach today.

Her work has been featured by CNN, The New York Times, and the United Nations. She is based in Madrid and works globally.
